From a dripping tap, a faulty light switch or to a more involved project our online management software provides a Works Report detailing each stage of the project.

From initial contact through to the final solution it will give you the client full confidence in our transparent works process and the services we provide.

OUR SIX STAGE PROCESS:

1. Reach Out To Us
Call us on 0207 183 0186 or request a call-back to discuss your requirements. Alternatively email us: info@foxsoho.co.uk.

2. Site Survey
We’re local, so when appropiate one of our team will visit your premises to inspect and evaluate any reported issues. If an on-site survey is inconvenient for you we may ask you to send some photos for us to review. Recommendations can then be discussed to provide you with the appropriate solution.

3. No-Obligation Quotation
A no-obligation quotation will be forwarded to you including an itemised breakdown of elements required for the project.

4. Customer Approval
Upon approval of the quotation we arrange a convenient appointment for the agreed schedule of works.

5. On-Site - Works Undertaken
We arrive punctually on the day within the arranged time slot. All faults, components and the environment is photographically recorded and noted before work is commenced. Quoted works are then undertaken*.

* Occasionally your brief may change or unforeseen issues are identified during the project. If so we are happy to discuss and only if appropriate revised works agreed. Your quotation is updated and any additional work is then undertaken.

6. Works Completion Report
On completion, works are inspected and signed off by yourself. We appreciate this isn't always convenient, however a Works Completion Report detailing all stages of the project including a photographic record of the finalised job is also submitted to you as part of our transparent process, giving you the client full peace of mind.
